CableMint Account & Data Deletion
For CableMint Device Capture and CableMint Field Tools accounts.
You can request deletion of your CableMint account and the associated CableMint cloud data.
How to request deletion
Email support@cableminttools.com from the email address associated with your CableMint account and use the subject CableMint Account Deletion Request.
Request deletion of specific data (keep your account)
You can delete individual device records and Gap/Punch List items in CableMint Device Capture without closing your account. If you want us to remove specific saved project data or files, you can also request a partial data deletion.
Email support@cableminttools.com from your CableMint account email with the subject CableMint Data Deletion Request. Describe which project(s), saved calculation(s), device record(s), Gap/Punch List item(s), or uploaded project photo(s)/file(s) you want deleted. Please do not include account passwords in your request.
We will verify account ownership as needed, process the deletion request, and confirm when it has been completed. Your account will stay active unless you also request account deletion.
What will be deleted
After we verify the request, we will delete the CableMint account and associated CableMint-controlled cloud data, including applicable project records, captured device records, saved calculations, Gap/Punch List records, and stored project files/photos.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes. Payment processors may retain transaction records according to their own legal and compliance obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting a CableMint account does not automatically cancel obligations handled by an external payment provider. If you have an active subscription, contact support if you need help confirming its cancellation status before or as part of your deletion request.
